Hi,Community and Rad,

In the last 3 monthes,I keep poudering this question and could not know the reason,then all of a sudden,I realize transiting Neptune square Jupiter right now,maybe it is a good time to ask the question.

I think the key point is attachment or not,I observed some renunciates attaching to his/her guru,just like worldly couples,yes,I could not judge them,simply confused and shocked.I also observed variety of attachments in my own inner intentions when I contact with my temporary teachers,and if they could not penetrate this inner hidden motives,I must finally make choice to leave them.

Non-attachment requires great courage to be self-honest and honest to others in guru-disciple relationship,but if the projected attachment are too suble and deep,sudden exposure can generate intensified trauma and emotional collapse.Later,I read some books of Yogananda's disciple and find a new perspective:take into account both personal and impersonal love.for Yogananda perfectly living out the model of personal and impersonal love in the relationships with his disciples,sometimes,he is very affectionate and loving,others,he can quite graviaty ,aloof and stern,he simply know the appropriate timing and natually detach to anything.

But what is true non-attachment for our common people?is it really exist?we are just human beings,all have separate desires in some degree,these separate desires generate attachment,could not suppress,must be fulfilled,so what is true non-attachment?isn's  it a patriarchal  religion system?Rad,can you shed some light on the question?

As Rad always said,don's believe anyone,this is really my own life credo，I am quite satisfactory to just attune with JWG far away,but now,I think it is really important to find a true teacher and commit/loyal to him/her.JWG have said that if you have Mars/Venus in a Balsamic state,your quest is for a timless ideal relationship,a cosmic lover(I think this also apply for Venus in Pisces,12th house,Venus/Neptune aspect,Neptune in 2nd,7th house),these process is taking place through culmination of all relationships that come before and tremendous disillusionment,even though these souls search for commiting to Divine Will,it is also requiring human agency:teacher.for attunement with Divine Will is really hard,needing a true teacher to train and guide them.

My further questions are:

2,Is it possible for a person to walk in spiritual path throughout his life without a teacher?if that is the case?why?what efforts should be make to encounter a true teacher,destined teacher?

3,How to cultivate the pragmatic and grounded love for God?not just emotional passion?

If anyone can share some insights,I am really appreciate.

My personal view is that up to some point you don't need a teacher, but if you want to go deep you need it.

Do you remember the first stage spiritual, virgo? Realize that there are people spiritually more develope than you?

Jesus had teachers, budha had teachers, yogananda had teachers. Even people who claim to don't have teachers like krishnamurti... When you go to his biography you will see that he is probably the person's with more teachers in the 20th century!!! All his childhood and teenage period was full of meeting thousands of teachers from all kinds of traditions. Finally he arrive to a point of no teachers but with the basis of all the teachings he received before!!!

Enlightenment also happens in human relations, it's not apart from human dimension.

Look at this forum.. It is founded in JWG teachings. There is a teacher!!! Jeffrey! And reading the posts it's clear that Rad and Kristin are also wonderful astrology teachers. So precise, like a magnifying glass. I'm not sure but I think I remember reading that jeffrey recognized yogananda as one of his teachers, he was also learning vedanta in a monastery and mentioned some kind of transmission in vietnam without words from heart mind to heart mind from a buddhist monk. And who knows what kind of teachers visited him in his famous astrology dreams.



Leaving apart that be carefully, many teachers are fake, many teachers will not let you be free and stand by yourselve, they will try to convert you in his slave. Manipulate you.

Ask always to your inner guru!!!  A teacher is a kind of help, but he will not do the job for you, you need to Chek it by yourself whatever is true or not. Find a balance between the extreme of I don't need a teacher I'm completely autonomus {self centered self made guru} and the extreme of I don't know nothing, he knows everything.. I put all the responsability on the shoulders of the guru. Be able to bow down and to stand by yourself at the same time. In ZEN words... Bow to the budha and kill the Buddha.

A teacher is not a goal... It's a bridge. There are fingers pointing to the moon, look to the moon not the finger. And to be honest is almost completely impossible to find nowadays a complete enlighment being. So probably whatever teacher you find is still walking in the path with his own struggles, accept the human dimension. Be aware of it. There is a danger of projections of ideals in the Teacher. This will help you to accept your own limitations and struggles.

What is true is at the end you will need to leave the Teacher and walk alone...

And in a deeper way everything could be a guru, a tree, a life situation, even enemies..

About attachment... Complicate question to give a short answer now. By the way... Just check the attachment... It's helping you and helping others or is destroying you and destroying others??

This is more advance, but still possible to practice by yourself, good if you want to go a little deeper in the science of samadhi. He has a huge knowledge and He has studied in my school here in myanmar. Very detailed... Maybe tooooo much for beginners.

Then if you want to go deep into the study of the differents samadhis, the fine material jhanas, the formless  inmaterial jhanas, the kasinas of percepción.

It if you want to see and know the super tiny particles of matter in the body and break it until there is only  the basic subatomic particles of matter... The four elements {earth water fire and wind} like astrology.

If you want to study nama rupa, so to say mind and matter, how mental processing interact with matter processing. Also in subatomic level.

If you want to know the datails of karma, your previos life's your tendency in future life's in you and others...

If you want to develop your divine eye and explore differents  dimensions of the cosmos.

Or if  you don't want to do all this and jump directly into non duality and go deep into it with a koan training.

For all this things and many others... You will need a teacher. Not because you need external authority, not this. Just because this is knowledge that has been traveling from one human to another human from one yogi to another yogi.

Yoga is a deep science and needs commitment.

There are many possibilities with meditation from just relaxing to liberation and awakening. It's up to you decide how deep you want to go. As Jeffery says desire to know God or reality is the basic cause.

Also remember meditation must be grounded in your reality is a way to understand the experience if you used as a separate thing, or as a way for scape.... Is useless. If you use it integrated in the whole life process... In this case... Yeahhhh... Very powerful.

Be ready to see thousands of obstacles, meditation is a way to face obstacles again and again,

Of course you don't need necessary any of all this things, my feeling is that awakening happens like and accident or like a gift, you don't achieve anything, it's given to you. But still, this practices are very useful and the quality and vibration of your heart improves a lot. In a way is like preparing the soil to let the accident that is beyond you to happen.

There are anothers paths and another traditions, I'm fan of compare different cultures to see what is common, but I'm not going to mention today, it's ok for today, that's enough, I could be hours talking about it, it's more than enoughl

Pd:  if you can combine it with EA will be amazing. What I have find in EA that I didn't find in any other tradition is this personal, individual and detail approach of the map of your own heart mind (soul), your particular traps, attachments, and qualities, the problem of the big systems is that normally talk in general, and maybe what is helpful for you is not working for another. That's why EA is so accurate and necessary, showing the hide spots. . Like the finger pointing and saying: eyyy the universe is so huge, but you need to look here!!!

Thanks for sharing all these informations and your insights,but they are far beyond me.I want to find a teacher for training the desires to know God,for I have no desire to meditate now,could not break throught the fear of breathless,I even do not know that am I really have breath problem?(I have chiron in Gemini 12th house skipped step,Gemini=breath,12 house,confusion).I have desire to seek God simply for wanting to know the chiron trauma(eg,check past life record),ironically,God never reveal the answers through others,never.HE wants my own efforts to overcome Chiron,otherwise,there is no way out,for example,I know Rad can do that,but he will never tell me the answers.

I don't understand what you mean by breathless...

To be breathless:

1 you are dead
2. You are inside your mothers womb
3. You are in soooo deep samadhi, 4th jhana ... And still subtle breathing is going on. And it only will happen to you after a lot of training.

If you feel you are breathless you are not breathless, it's only lack of mindfulness and awareness to notice the breathing.

Maybe you have read something about meditation and breathless that have confuse you. But this happens gradually.  Will not happen to you. Maybe your breath will be subtle but not disappear completely.

Rad already explained to you a method for focusing in the 1,2. You have also a lot of techniques in the links to check what is helpfull for you.

But if it gives you fear or anxiety or any other discomfort , please stop it. Maybe breathing meditation is not for you.



I never heard this expression of training the desire to know God.  Do you know how we develop faith in buddhism? We look into suffering with out running away and immediately desire to overcome it comes.

Try to look to this emotion, to this fear with the balance of not being carry away by it, not running away from it, not conceptualizing and putting labels into it, just the feeling, welcome it, let it be, let it happens, how it feels in the body...see what happens.


People that have ability to see past life's is because they already train and develop this qualities in other life's or they are gifted with the help of God's, angels and so on. Maybe some people that gravitate to EA its because they already have been working with this vibrations before.

You can train this qualities in this life, but not easy. With meditation there is a way call the 14 ways but you can not imagine how much hard it is, it's like training for the olimpic games.

EA has the study of the nodes of all planets very interesting!!! I will love to explore it in detail in some near future.



Easy way to know your past life's... Check what is your actual life... This is what you have been doing again and again.

My intuition says that could be something related with point 1 (death by asfixia in other life) or point 2 mothers womb. Or 3 the last time your breath stop you see something that scares you. But please don't take it seriously,  probably is only my imagination painting landscapes. I'm not a previous life's reader, I have not seen your chart, I'm not astrologer, only student and not a deeper one for the moment.

Yes,this is not true breathless,just a emotional fear,Once I dreamt something in the 3rd eye,I am not sure that if it is evil,simply struggling to shut down the 3rd eye with my hands,another time,I dreamt dark waves,after waking up,I feel evil and darkness in my room,scared.In EA,Mercury and Uranus correlate to breath,I have mercury in Aries 11th house conjunct SN of chiron,Mars in Aquare 8th house conjunct Lucifer and SN of Neptune.
I think I must be carefully of spiritual experience,with chiron in 12house:feeling separate from the Source in essence,nothing can fill up the void,even spiritual experience,I do not know,just some intuitions.
yes,no teacher can teach the desire of knowing God,what I mean is systematic training,not just meditation.for instance,work,mindfulness exercise.

i was reading through your posts and questions. That got me to think if guru/disciple relationship you mention unconsciously imply humility giving to some form of inequality? I too share natal mars in aquarius and if the soul senses inequality will naturally rebel at some point wouldn't you agree? It is true, great Teachers have the Knowledge, Wisdom and Soul Greatness to help us evolve sharing their teachings but i don't feel any of the True Teachers would like to consider their students as bellow them in ways that hinder students self-respect and freedom, the same way True Teachers are instantly recognised and ultimately respected with devotion by their students (even the mars in aquarius ones). In Autobiography of a Yogi there is a funny passage referring to this, sorry can't remember but involving a Saint disguised as a passersby, maybe someone can help with the passage...
In any case, don't know if it helps, my comment is just to refer sometimes our paths are grounded in Earth Wisdom and that is what our ancestors of Matriarchal times knew, or maybe what We once knew if we were there. Spiritual path not exactly correlating with a God high in the Sky but with connecting with the Spirit in everything, from our bodies, people to all life in nature, everything had/has a spirit. In Ea, maybe Rad can clarify, we can see the correlation with Sagittarius and the Mutable Cross.
Other thing you probably would like to check considering chiron is Kristin Fontana and Ari Moshe's series on the ea zoom meetings. Not just chiron in gemini but all of the archetypes relative to core wounds are great to listen (synchronistically if i am not mistaken both Kristin and Ari have Sagittarius sun :-))

Thank you so much,your views really make sense to me,for equality,I like to challenge my teachers through asking many many questions in a total straightforward way,if they can penetrate my questions obsolutely,I will follow him/her to the end of my life,in this way,we are bow to God.I remember my first teacher,his Pisces Mars conjunct  my NN,and my Mars conjunct his NN,his silently compassion changed my life eternally,I also can feel that my rebellion impressed him,both of us have Jupiter square other's node axis:skipped step.he silently accept my disagreement and teach me how to take account into both compassion and rebellion,I think this is true equality.
About EA zoom,the internet can not reach out to Youtube and Facebook in China.thanks for suggest kristin and Ari,I will try to notice them.
About centering in Earth wisdom,this really make sense.I plant some vegetables today,Haha~~this is the second times,at beginning,I really could not  imagine that my vegetable could grew up,Yes,I am learnint trust our earth spirit through this process.
