Are there any special EA rules to adhere to with "transit event" charts?

The specific 'rules' are these: upon the first conjunction this set's in motion the archetypal intention for the first Uranus/Pluto square. The second conjunction takes place while one or both are retrograde which is a time to reflect upon what the first conjunction has set in motion. And then upon the third conjunction the archetypal intent is to take action, real action, upon what the first conjunctions intent was/ is that is deeply revealed upon the second conjunction.
In the context of world events there is of course the general archetypal intentions for the entire world that in then made specific to the individualized context of each country/ society.

I take it that the specific rule for "transit event charts" (ie original intention/reflection/action) should also be applied to the first quarter square as well as future phasal aspects between the two planets?
