I have recently been curious about the Uranus in Pisces and Neptune in Aquarius mutual reception that occurred from around 2003 to 2011, particularly with Neptune culminating and initiating a new evolutionary cycle with its own SN during this time.
This generation also have Pluto in Sagittarius, so I understand that these symbols need to be understood within this context as well.
What I think I understand about these placements (in a general sense) is that this generation reflects individuals who have grown up with modern media and technology saturating and influencing the collective mind, creating complications in their understanding and experience of reality and the beliefs that inform these understandings, as a consequence of the collective mind being disconnected from direct experience due to these influences.
If this is correct, what relationship does this have with the SN of Neptune, and with Neptune culminating/initiating a new evolutionary cycle in this context? (if not correct, please let me know!)
I have read about the SN of Neptune's relationship with the prior matriarchy that existed, so how does this all connect?

edit: I realise that I could also add that it is interesting too that over the course of Pluto's transit through Sagittarius during this time, that it also conjunct the SN of Uranus, so would interesting to understand the meaning of this in relation to the above as well

Yes, this is certainly correct. The relationship to the SN of Neptune correlates to how all of this has manifested in terms of how groups of people have formed relationships to others of like mind, to create tribes of 'like minded' ideas, and how these tribes can then wall themselves off from all other tribes that do not agree with the ideas, beliefs, or delusions that each group, tribe, holds.
This has become reinforced relative to how information is circulated and set in motion by the internet itself, and all the different forms of how humans communicate and interact among themselves: facebook it just one example of the multitude ways in which this has progressively manifested. These manifestations has thus lead to the phenomena of the social media, and it's real affects on human beings individually and collectively.
Within this has been the advent of I-phones that has also reinforced these new radical ways of how humans communicate and interact but has also led to creating an addiction, Neptune, upon them. This addiction, like any addiction, has altered the physiology of the brain: Aquarius. In turn, this addiction has thus altered the emotional psychology of the humans who are dependent on their phones in order to feel alive at all.

It connects to the time of the transition between the matriarchy and the patriarchy wherein the transition between natural laws and their truths became progressively replaced by 'beliefs' and the manufactured religions that followed and reflected those beliefs.
A simple yet critical example of this is for the majority of time that humans have been on Earth a natural law that correlates with it's survival was the natural law wherein survival was rooted in giving, sharing, and inclusion. Thus, each individual's survival was dependent on the survival of the whole group. Each individual would do whatever was necessary on behalf of the group instead of focusing on it's own individual survival first and foremost.
That progressively change as the patriarchy took over to the total perversion, Aquarius, of this natural law manifesting as individual self interest and exclusion of others who were not of like mind. This perversion is at the core of the vast majority of humans today that is affecting the survival of the entire human race.
The transit of Uranus now in Taurus, Taurus correlates with the instinct to survive in all forms of life, relative to the transiting Lunar Nodes in Scorpio and Taurus is making this ever more abundantly clear.

It progressively intensified all the above in such a way that some of these tribes, groups, want to confront any other group that is not of like mind in order to force or convert them to whatever 'beliefs', delusions, that they have in order to feel emotionally secure.
Other groups have been and are understanding, objectively, what has lead to the current state of actual reality on our Earth, such as climate change, climate correlates with Aquarius, and are doing all they can to implement what needs to happen in order for humans, and nature itself, to be able to survive.

Thank you for the thread and insights on this subject. Rad, I can definitely confirm what you refer as to the brain changes with the mainstream use of smartphones. Just to share a personal fact on it, I remember being one of the last people I knew to start using smartphones some years ago and (people I told this probably thought I was crazy or at least exaggerating) the week I started to use it, more specifically the touch screen as opposite to a pressing button to write and communicate, I literally felt something changing in my brain, the whole structure of functioning changing relative to a physical disengaging from the act of communicating. After one week I think my brain had adjusted and stopped noticing. So I wonder if anyone also felt it but I do feel is a good allegory to the Uranus times we are in already.
I remember something JWG said, can't remember exactly but would be more or less in that probably in a longtime future, past, present and future will be happening at the same, or at least how the brain would perceive it. That's quite something.
