Albums Momentary Lapse of Reason and The Division Bell are Soul shattering life changing works I listened too starting when I was in just 8th grade this song On the Turning Away one of the most moving.
I don't know how to post charts maybe Rad you would consider posting his.
I'm pretty sure he has a beautiful grand water trine with his Venus in Pisces as a skipped step to the Nodes his South Node is conjunct the galactic center with Pluto in the 9th.
I'm wondering about the skip step as I'm feeling it's about him accessing the emotions in conjunction with his connection and knowing of the natural laws of sharing giving, he has Neptune in Libra in the 12 and sharing them with the world through his music which at least from my perspective he has accomplished. Maybe you can share something about the skipped step in David Gilmour's chart? So many love this Soul and his message.

Today I heard a newscaster ( Fareed Zakaria) describe the situation and solution as one where the world comes together by setting new international agreements on the boundaries and the rules we all want to uphold. Sounded like a Saturn in Aqarius, square the Nodes moment-- where the mainstream might be preparing for Pluto in Aquarius. A woman can dream.
