If a person has pluto in say the fourth house, in what other houses has he already experieced and learned the lessons of pluto?(in previous lifetimes) . If the individual has finished learning the lessons of fourth house, what would be his next lesson? Pluto in 8th house and 12th house?(which are the next water houses). I am just curious is there a predefined order or is it just random? I didnt see this question mentioned anywhere in the book.

There is no order to Pluto's house or sign placement from life to life.

So its just random ?? The chapters on the book has sentences like
"Pluto in any angular house shows that a new evolutionary cycle is beginning. This means that an whole evolutionary cycle has come to close"(pluto in 1st)
"Pluto in fourth house or cancer demonstrates that an evolutionary cycle is closing and that a new cycle is underway"(pluto in 4th)
So doesn't that imply that there is cyclic order to this? Can you give a more elaborate answer?

There is no order to the placement of Pluto and it's Nodes. Every life Soul's make choices within any given life that then becomes the determinant of where Pluto and the Lunar Nodes manifests in the next life. Since choices by any given Soul can not be 'predicted' is why there is no 'logical' order to the positions of Pluto and the Nodal Axis in any given life: from one to the next.
