The so-called elites that have assumed control over the planet, its resources, and "law" over the consensus have been in power via bloodlines and such for many, many generations... many more than some may realize. Some thoughts about them and what may manifest in such charts of these people and "supporters" of such arisen in my mind..
First, I can't help but wonder if they happened to have retrograded planets if this would depict a type of withdrawal or rebellion from society that would take the form of aligning to groups or communities that are among the "shadow elite", who covertly feel disdain for the human race, only sharing such sentiments with those in their inner circle.
Further, I wonder if the individuated state may "harbour" (for lack of a better term) such individuals and cabals as they are quite Aquarian in their elitism...
I mean, many of these individuals are quite adept in the dark arts and have incredible power with regard to manipulation of forces that are in alignment with the separation force. We can see that in their long-standing ability to continuously manipulate human consciousness via coercion, program-laced media, increasingly degrading food quality, laws incongruent with Natural Law, etc. It seems odd to me that they'd *all* be relegated to 3rd stage consensus being that their beliefs are largely hidden from the masses...
If 3rd stage consensus depicts individuals who have "mastered" society, it seems odd that these same people would be among, say, a self made millionaire, for example.
Is it perhaps that these individuals (so-called shadow elite and their supporters) have mastered the consensus to such an extent that they refuse to "grow up", thus their development into deeper states of awareness/evolution has become arrested?
Does anyone have any insight they can shed on these thoughts I'm having? It's a bit of a disjointed post, but if you do have something to contribute to these thoughts, many thanks in advance..

I wouldn't assume those who are power hungry or corrupt are generally in any specific evolutionary stage or that there is an astrological signature to look out for. Also remember that many of the power hungry Souls are in fact evil, will stop at nothing to get what they desire and some can be very "evolved" too.

Hi Skywalker, thank you for responding with your insight on the matter. I'm quite interested in understanding the psyche of evil forces and individuals. That one does not have to be at a specific stage of evolution to be evil makes much sense and now reading what you've said I'm reminded of portions in JWGs Lucifer book that state the same thing in his own words. I appreciate the reminder!
Now I am thinking of the part in JWGs teachings that mention that even a highly evolved Soul can turn to evil via contract... back into the rabbit hole I go..!

If I understand correctly, a Soul will generally make a contract or become evil at or beyond consensus 3. We can be and are all effected by evil in varying degrees no matter what stage of evolution.
From my understanding an evil Soul evolves towards evil and that means becoming each time more negative in its consciousness and emotional reality, on a Soul level. That implies deep, almost unimaginable suffering. Also as an evil Soul evolves it will become more powerful in its ability to cause harm to other living beings in general. An evil Soul will also deepen their perception as they evolve, just like any other Soul deepens their perception to see the unseen, yet their evolution isn't towards an open heart and a nervous system capable of housing bliss, quite the contrary.
Evil is Live backwards.
Again this is only my understanding.
