Once the Resolution Node's planetary ruler has been identified, does its house placement show the area of life that the PPP will directly transform?
Ex. Resolution Node's ruler in 4th house, PPP is Taurus (sign) in 12th house: Chart-holder will adapt a 12th house/Pisces & Taurus-like quality of behavior while addressing 4th house (Cancer) matters.
(In other words: The PPP's sign + house characteristics will transform the chart-holder's behavior within the house which the Resolution Node's planetary ruler rests.)

Does the ruler of PPP can serve as the vehicle to develop PPP?let's say Pluto in scorpio genaration,all have Taurus PPP and Venus in somewhere.if they consciously cultivate the Tautus side venus，then evolve? If there also have some planets conjunct PPP,let's say jupiter,who's more important between venus and jupiter?does this mean that PPP equals to the conjuncted planets(in this case,it's jupiter)?if not,how to detach from it and fullly cultivate PPP?
Another question is about Orb in skipped steps,for example,SN in capricorn 11 degree,Neptune in Aries 21 degree,is it a skipped step(I think the answer it is yes)?but if the SN in capricorn 21 degree,Neptune in Taurus 1 degree,is it also a skipped step?if it is,what is the difference beween them?and in both cases are old aspect,maybe it's not so intense,am I correct?
