Title: Neptune~Pluto orbital intersection Question
Post by: Francesco on Nov 01, 2015, 02:13 PM
Hi everyone!
Nice to meet you. :)

Does someone have any thoughts on the relationship between Pluto and Neptune from an EA point of view ?

What I mean In particular is their orbital intersection.
What if someone is born when Neptune was the most distant planet from the Sun ?
From what I know Pluto moved in the farthest position in 1999.
There most be a meaning for this race to be the last planet.
What comes to my mind is that when Pluto leaves the farthest position to Neptune and comes near Uranus a different kind of Souls incarnate on the Planet Earth...maybe more Uranian Souls...

Can anyone suggest good books on Pluto"s 5 satellites or on this unique Neptune~Pluto dance ?

Thank you very much!

Hi Francesco,

Welcome to the message board.

In EA we pay attention to the phasal relationship and aspect between all planets, including Pluto and Neptune.
Any planet Pluto aspects is going to be metamorphosed in the current life as an evolutionary necessity and desire stemming from the Soul. In the case of Pluto and Neptune, Pluto, the Soul, desires to metamorphose the nature of its illusions and fantasies and realign the Soul with its own Source.

If you have specific questions about the relationship between these two planets, feel free to ask. The other questions you asked about I can´t answer as I don´t know. I might be wrong but I think none of what you asked is relevant in EA.

All the best

Hello Skywalker  :D
Thanks for the answer.

My question is not about the phasal relationship of pluto~neptune in a birth chart.
But about the relationship of their orbit in the sky.

Because of the strange inclination of the orbit of Pluto, the orbits of Pluto and Neptune seem to intersect  when viewed from above.
This has caused the fact that between 1979 and 1999 Neptune is been the farthest planet of the solar system, while Pluto was coming nearer and nearer to Uranus.
In this relative brief time something particular happened:
Pluto vol.1 and Pluto vol.2 where both published...
( and I was born :) )

I am not sure why, but i feel this can be an important fact to look at.
And i dont know how is going to relate with astrology, but EA seems to me the most appropriate to inquire in this.
I would like to study this phenomenon but I dont really know where to start.
If anyone has any idea  or suggestion on this I would appreciate it very much.
Thanks again for you time

Hi Francesco,

Where to start is to make correlations through observation relative to this orbital phenomena between Neptune and Pluto. For the purposes of the evolutionary journey of the Soul, EA, there is no extra or special meaning, archetypes, that correlate to any difference in the evolutionary journey of any given Soul when this orbital phenomena does occur.

God Bless, Rad

Thanks Rad,
I have started to have more attention on birth charts of people that are from 16 to 36 years of age.
And trying to notice something particular, but Is not easy because there are a lot of different people in this age..
If any one has other ideas or has noticed something particular that can be related to Pluto being closer to Uranus and Neptune being the last planet of the solar system for people in between the age of 16 and 36, I will be very happy to know.

Thank you very much!

Hi Francesco,

I am wondering if what you are talking about isn't already addressed via algorithms in the software that is used to calculate astrological positions on the ecliptic. You think?

Hello Cat,
I have no Idea if a software can show when the orbits of pluto and neptune will intersecate.
is a tricky thing because they only seem to intersecate when viewed from above.

But the fact that interests me is that Pluto s orbit "crosses" inside of Neptune's orbit for 20 years out of every 248, and Neptune actually becomes the farthest planet of the solar system for 20 years.

Since we have discovered Pluto, he has crossed the first time in 1979 forming a south node, if you like, with the orbit of Neptune, and moving closer to the Earth, and close to Uranus. Closer and closer.. reaching the middle point, The Moon, if you like, in the early 80s.
This was the time in which Pluto vol.1 was published. Pluto came actually nearer to the Earth, and other things too happened, of course.
Then it moved crossing again Neptune s orbit in 1999.

This intersection will happen again in...more than 200 years from now..

Why ? there must be a reason for this thing to happen.
Who knows..?

It is to me too Linda. Yes.

I will try to remember this thing, so that If I am over here around 2200 or something, and a Pluto vol.3 gets published, I can make an Interesting observation~correlation and become a famous astrologer..
;D ;D ;D

But seriously, what I will do is to look back at the history of Astrology (Uranus) and see if in this 20 years period when Pluto was nearer Uranus, there was a profound Transformation (Pluto) of the paradigm used by astrologers...
For example last time it happened it should be around 1700. Wherent this the years of William Lilly and Horary ? And before that we are in 1450, middle of the Renaissance..
Hhmmm... I will let you know..

....and what about the people that were born in those years..like, for example, Leonardo Da Vinci (1452).

Well...this thoughts must be coming from marcury trining neptune today...
