How would you translate: "awareness consciousness", or say it in other words? I know what it means,
but how to explain it to others?

Hi Maya,
To explain awareness/consciousness to others maybe you can explain that in any experience we have, brushing our teeth, walking, working etc, there is always a part of us that knows, that sees what we are experiencing. The way I have explained it to others is that there is always a witness, watching, seeing, knowing and self aware of any experience.
