Hey there! So I have been deep into my EA books and now have a little library going. :) I am getting the concepts and archetypes, BUT... I'm struggling to make sense of the Natal Chart with all it's symbols, signs, lines, and trines. I printed out my chart from astro.com, but I don't really know what I'm looking at.
I feel like if I had the help of someone experienced to just go through the anatomy of a chart, it would be so helpful. If there is anyone here that could do a consultation with me (I will pay!)? Or, is there a place that I could create or purchase a detailed chart that explains the chart anatomy?
Gracias!!

Hi Angie,
In Pluto Volume 2 there is a chapter on the phases and aspects. Rad also just started a new thread about the phasal relationship between planets. Aspects are the degrees of separation between planets. In the case of a Trine like you said, it is a 120 degree separation between two planets.
Astrology is a hard subject to learn and it is an ongoing process. The learning curve is high at the beginning but gets better as you progress. We are all still learning this language and it is a life long relationship that just gets simpler and deeper.
By understanding the nature of the planets, then you can understand the aspect is a RELATIONSHIP between the planets, which correlates to our own psychology and dynamics. For example a Mars/Venus New phase conjunction will correlate to a Soul who needs freedom in order to actualize itself within relationships or else might even prefer to have no personal, intimate relationships if they are too restrictive. This is because the Soul is just beginning a new cycle relative to relationships in general and needs freedom in order to discover itself. Mars and Venus show how we actualize ourselves within relationships so the aspect between the two will give further indication of how those relationship needs will be actualized and experienced. If there would be a Trine aspect, the Soul would more easily give up on some of the inner need for freedom as the Soul is learning to express itself, to give and receive love and affection within the context of personal relationships.
With EA we determine the WHY behind any personal situation or planetary configuration. This gives a METHOD to chart analysis instead of looking at isolated aspects between planets, house positions and so on. Remembering the Pluto paradigm which is about the Soul´s evolution, we look at Pluto to find out where the Soul has been coming from and WHY, then it is a lot easier to determine what any planetary placement or aspect can mean and why any given individual has that aspect and experiences whatever reality they do.
