Hi Rad,

I'm wondering you can guide me to the video, here on the MB, or at least it used to be here, where Jeffrey talks about a 5-pointed star illuminated in white...something to do with the soul having integrated or moved through a particular level of conscious awareness?

I recall watching it years ago.

Hi Pallas,

I think you are recalling a video of JWG in Sedona - there are two videos you can watch on youtube - I think it's the second one.....

JWG is asked about how there are many paths, but in the end the ultimate merging (from human persepective) is the same...

JWG describes the practice of 1/2 shallowing the breath & speaks of the color yellow, blue & then the five pointed white star....

Pretty sure is toward end of the second session

These two videos are amazing - the last that JWG (from what I know) did -  helps to distill just a little essence of his incredible actual experience & wisdom, a sense of how vast it is & to me, an inspiration - & I have to say: I love his humor.....& I've watched them many times these last few years in very dark times: & the mantra: 'Don't Give Up the Ship'
